Tuxedo Dances in the Wind

A strange man in a tuxedo and cowboy hat enters a church looking for food, but rescues Wendy from some thieves. His name is Van. In gratitude, Wendy brings him back to her town of Evergreen for some food. Wendy's town is under siege by the 'Wild Bunch' gang led by their boss, Lucky Roulette, who is an Armor pilot. Van declines to help, but Wendy persistently chases after him, even offering to be his bride.
