Summary

Many years ago a wall called Hell's Gate appeared in Tokyo. Not long after the appearance of the Hell's Gate people starting appearing with strange abilities. Known as Contractors, they have abilites that no ordinary human has. But to keep these abilites they must fulfill certain obligations that are unique to each Contractor. Hei has come to Japan, assuming the identity of Li Shunsheng, a kid from China. He is actually an agent for the group called "The Black God of Death". With his blind partner Yin, he fights other Contractors with different abilites as they try to uncover the truth about Hell's Gate.
